MULLEY
DRUMS
Joel is a freelance drummer from South East England. He graduated from the University of Westminster in 2018 with a BMus in Commercial Music Performance.
Since then he has worked in Theatre, Cruises, House Bands, Cabaret, Orchestras and Function Bands, most recently for Cable Street at Marylebone Theatre.
ABOUT
Joel has had a passion for music since he began performing with a local music school at the age of ten. After receiving formal tuition from Neil Hogan throughout secondary school, Joel went on to study Commercial Music Performance at the University of Westminster, graduating in 2018. Whilst studying, Joel received private tuition from Ralph Salmins and Matt Whittington.
Joel's most recent credits include: Cable Street (Marylebone Theatre), Jack and the Beanstalk (Lyceum Theatre, Crewe), More (MT Fest @ The Other Palace), Spring Awakening (ArtsEd), I Wish You Well: The Gwyneth Paltrow Ski-Trial Musical (Criterion Theatre), Come Dine With Me: The Musical (Edinburgh Fringe), Silence! The Musical (Edinburgh Fringe) and The Little Big Things (@sohoplace).
Joel also performs with pop artist Ula, and with The Noughties Band and the No Limit Street Band function bands.
Joel has both acoustic and electronic drum kits and holds a Full UK Driving Licence.
